Matt Fitzpatrick is getting ever nearer and the big breakthrough is on its way.
Third in the Lyoness Open represented The Yorkshireman\'s best finish of a rookie season which gets more impressive with every tournament.
If Matt\'s progress throughout his first year as a professional continues then there\'s no limit to what he can achieve at a time when many of our youngsters are announcing themselves on the world stage.
Not so impressed with finishing sixth will be Greg Bourdy, who went into the final round leading the field. The Frenchman never recovered from an early double, but he is so strong mentally that this will not be a reverse, merely a spur to bigger and better.
