
Lee remains in South Africa for the Alfred Dunhill Championship at Leopards Creek, where he finished 3rd at the end of 2006 (the start of the European Tour's 2007 season), and T29th in 2003. He hopes to get off to a good start to the Tour's 2009 season in this event.

He joins James Kingston and Brenden Pappas with first round tee-times of 7am from the 10th and 12.00 from the 1st on Friday.
With two birdies on the outward nine (15 and 16), he kept his card bogey free as he made more birdies at 1,2,4 and 6 (31) for a 6-under 66 and ended the day in T3rd on the leaderboard. Lee will play the weekend following a second round 70. He ended the day in T10th place on 8 under par.
Lee started his day with an 11.25 (9.25GMT) tee-time alongside David Lynn and again shot a round of 70. Now 10 under par he lies in T13th place, 8 strokes behind leader Thomas Aiken. A 10.57 start with Charl Schwartzel, on the final day, lead to two birdies on the front 9. He made bogey at 11, then picked up a shot at 14, followed by a bogey at the next to finish 1-under for the day (71) and 11 under for the event (277). T16th position earned him €12,720 in prize money and T97th place on his first step on the Race to Dubai.
Now it's off to Western Cape for the South African Open Championship which begins on 18th December, Lee's last event of the year.
