Lee travelled to Wentworth in Surrey for the BMW PGA Championship (previously known as the Volvo PGA Championship until 2004). His best finishes in this event were T2nd in 2000 and T7th in 2005. He missed the cut in this event from 2001-2004 and again in 2006. He withdrew last year due to tonsillitis.
While there Lee met a very special lady who needs your help. This could be your chance to own Lee Westwood's golf bag!

Paired with Andres Romero and Soren Hansen, Lee has a 12.25 tee-time on Thursday and 0800 on Friday, both from the 1st.
On a day when only 57 of the 149 players carded par or better, Lee was one of the casualties of the tough par 72 West Course. He opened with a bogey at the 1st before picking up a shot at 4, then dropped shots at 7 and 9 to go out in 38. He did not fare much better on the inward nine as he bogeyed four holes on the trot from the 12th before rescuing his round with birdies at the last two holes to card a first round 77 and T123rd place.
"I just didn't play very well - that can happen here," he said
Lee had his first missed cut of the season when he shot a further 77 (+10) in the second round. Lee made double-bogey at 3, then added a further 4-bogeys to his card, with the only highlight being a birdie at the last.
"The greens were the best I've seen here ironically for many a year," he added, the irony being that next week all 18 are being ripped up and redone.
"I just didn't hit it very well, but I missed only one cut in Europe last year and that was here."
